發貨政策 Shipping Policies
有關發貨與運送
我們預設以澳洲郵政（Australia Post）運送。
貨品價格並不包括運費。運費於結帳時顯示。
貨品將於結帳下單後48小時內送出（預定產品除外）。
發貨後會告知追蹤編號，以供追查。
由於郵政運送及派送速度並非我們所得能控制，請容許大概7至14天的運送時間，如有任何問題，我們定必跟進。
About Shipping and Delivery
We default to ship by Australia Post (AU Post).
The prices of the goods does not include shipping fees. The fee will be displayed at checkout.
The goods will be sent within 48 hours after checkout (except for pre-ordered products).
A tracking number will be given after delivery for tracing.
Since the postal shipping and delivery speed is beyond our control, please allow about 7 to 14 days for delivery. If there are any problems, we will definitely follow up for you.
退貨及退款 Returns and Refunds
關於退貨
產品全為人手製作，難免有瑕疵，倘不影響使用，則不設退換。
水晶等天然材料如有裂紋等瑕疵屬正常，倘不影響使用，則不設退換。
除非貨品品質問題，否則不會就其他人為損壞或個人喜好原因退換。
About Returns
All our products are handmade, small defects are inevitable. No returns and exchanges will be accepted unless the item is no longer usable.
It is normal to find cracks or other defects in natural materials such as crystals. No returns and exchanges will be accepted if the defects do not cause any problem in using.
Apart from quality issues, no returns will be accepted due to man-made damages or personal preferences.
關於退款
倘發錯或漏發貨品，可提出免費補發或退款處理。
如不幸缺貨，客戶可選擇等待補貨或退款。
貨品一旦寄出，則不接受退款申請。
About Refunds
For any wrong or missing items, a free replacement or refund will be arranged.
In case of out of stock, you may choose to wait for replenishment or refund.
Once the goods are shipped, no refund will be accepted.
