有關發貨與運送

我們預設以澳洲郵政（Australia Post）運送。
貨品價格並不包括運費。運費於結帳時顯示。
貨品將於結帳下單後48小時內送出（預定產品除外）。
發貨後會告知追蹤編號，以供追查。

Items will be dispatched within 48 hours of placing the order at checkout (except for pre-ordered products).

About Returns

All our products are handmade, small defects are inevitable. No returns and exchanges will be accepted unless the item is no longer usable.
It is normal to find cracks or other defects in natural materials such as crystals. No returns and exchanges will be accepted if the defects do not cause any problem in using.
Apart from quality issues, no returns will be accepted due to man-made damages or personal preferences.

About refund

If the wrong or missing product is sent, free replacement or refund can be requested.
If unfortunately out of stock, customers can choose to wait for replenishment or refund.
Once the item has been shipped, no refund request will be accepted.
